摘要
目的:研究β-环糊精包合复方甘草片挥发性成分的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交法设计实验,以挥发油利用率为指标评价包合工艺。结果:优选的包合工艺为:包合方式用研磨法,挥发性成分与β-环糊精投料比为1∶8。结论:此工艺简单,且设备要求不高,适合于工业化生产。
Objective：To sdudy optimized technics of β-cyclodextrin （β-CYD） inclusion techniques for volatiles from Compound Liguoric Tablet. Method： The using rate of volatiles was used to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal design. Result：The optimized experimental conditions are as follows： the method of inclusion was grinding, the ratio of volatile oil of Mastich and β-cyclodextrin was 1：8. Conclusion： The technics was simple, and suitable for industrialization product.
