摘要
在利用模拟信号控制变频器进行频率的自动调节时,会因为输入信号的波动或者外界的干扰使得变频器的输出频率处于震荡中,使得变频器处于反复的电流冲击中,这将影响变频器的寿命并对电动机和水泵造成不良影响。在工况允许的范围内,通过单片机把模拟信号进行离散化处理,利用变频器的数字输入功能使变频器输出相应的固定频率,这就有效地抑制了由于变频器的频率震荡而造成的转速震荡,对于延长变频器的寿命和电气设备及水泵的安全运行都有重要的意义。
When using analog signal to autometic adjustment of frequency by controlling the inverter because of the input signal fluctuations and the external interference,the output frequency of the inverter in vibration made the inverter be in current impact repeatedly,this would affect the life of the inverter and cause adverse effects on the motors and pumps. Within the limits of the working conditions,made the analog signal discrete through SCM and made the inverter output corresponding fixed frequency by the digital input function of the inverter, this would restrain the speed vibration caused by frequency vibration of inverter effectively, this had an important significance on extending the life expectancy and the safe operation of the pumps and the electrical equipment.
