摘要
为了提高棉浆纸辊修复后的质量,通过对几种修复棉浆纸辊的工艺方案进行改进,大大提高了棉浆纸辊的修复效率和修复质量,同时解决了在修复棉浆纸辊的过程中粉尘的污染问题。实践表明,对那些表面凹坑或压痕较大的纸辊,通过车削修复工艺能很快地把它们去掉,但修复质量较差,而用水冷式湿磨法可以大大提高修复棉浆纸辊的精度和降低其表面的粗糙度。
To improve the quality of the cotton pulp roller repaired, several repairing technologies of the roller were framed and continually improved. Therefore, the efficiency and quality of repairing technologies of the roller were improved and powder pollution occurred in repairing the roller was solved. The practice shows:at that those bigger concave or deeper impress on surface of cotton pulp roller,can be quickly taken out by turning of repair technology with inferior repairing quality. However the water cooling grinding method can greatly improve machining precision and lower roughness degree of its surface.
