摘要
简要介绍了木质素资源的利用及木质素的化学结构特点;综述了目前木质素的磺化、硫化、氧化、接枝共聚、缩合、交联等化学改性方法和以木质素为原料制备的钻井液、油井水泥外加剂、稠油降黏剂及调剖堵水剂、水处理等方面的油田化学品的研究进展。综合分析表明,改性后的木质素相对分子质量提高,水溶性、表面活性增强。并从木质素的化学结构特点提出了木质素改性研究的发展方向。
The utilization and chemical composition of lignin were briefly introduced. The progress in chemical modification of lignin including sulfonation, sulfur treatment, graft copolymerization with acrylamide, condensation and cross linking, as well as the application of the modified lignin in preparation of oilfield chemicals, such as oil well drilling fluids, oil well cement additives, thick oil viscosity reductants, water blocking agent for profile control, water treatment agents et al were reviewed. After chemical modification, the molecular weigh of the lignin is upgraded while the water solubility and surface activity were enhanced. The future development for modification of lignin based on the characteristics of its chemical structure was proposed.
