摘要
日本中世是指从12世纪末到16世纪末的幕府统治时期,这一时期的城市面貌受政治格局的影响甚大。本文以京都为主要考察对象,从权力与城市空间的关系的角度,探讨了城市的扩张、街坊空间的演变、市民自治共同体的形成等问题,揭示了中世城市作为权力空间装置的特质,并指出了它对后来的深远影响。
The middle age of Japan refers to the period dominated by Bakufu from the end of 12th century to later 16th century. The features of middle-age cities were largely molded by political setup of that time. Through case-studies of Kyoto, this paper analyzes the expansion of city, the division of blocks, the formation of autonomous communities, etc.. Thus the identity of middle-age city as a spatial installation serving for political powers is released. And the historical influence of middle-age city is also discussed.
