摘要
通过正交试验探讨了酶的用量、处理温度、处理时间、溶液PH值等因素对退浆效果的影响,以毛效、失重率和白度三个指标为评价依据,初步确定出适合芒麻织物新型淀粉酶DMA--160退浆的最佳工艺参数,以达到最佳退浆效果,从而可以替代传统碱退浆工艺。
The influence of amylase concentration, temperrature, time and PH value to amylase desizing effect was discussed by expeliment, the optimum process was found for ramie fabrics according to capillay tube effect, percentage of weightlessness and degree of white. And it could get optimal desizing effect in substitution for traditional alkali desizing technology.
