摘要
研究了不同品种萝卜籽粗脂肪的含量,并利用GC-MS分析了不同品种萝卜籽油中挥发性成分的组成及含量。结果表明,萝卜籽油中含不饱和脂肪酸较多,对人类的健康有较大作用,也具有较大的研究应用价值。
The results from measuring crude fat content and analyzing composition and content of fatty acid in seeds of different Raphanus sativus L.varieties by GC-MS.The results show that there are more unsaturated fatty acids in seeds of Raphanus sativus L.,which has the important application value for human health.
