The cooperation between Shenzhen ＆ Hong Kong is the epitome and successful case of China＇ s reform and opening-up. The industrial transfer and system innovation not only reflect the features of East-Asia development, but also improve the East-Asia model, performing a miracle in the development of East-Asia.
