摘要
坚持社会主义的根本制度,并不断完善社会主义的体制机制,促进制度和谐,是构建和谐社会的基本要求,加强生态文明建设,促进生态和谐是构建和谐社会的重要保证。当代西方生态学马克思主义的突出理论成就,就在于对资本主义的整体批判与对社会主义的新型建构,其理论重点进一步表明,社会主义的制度和谐与生态和谐有着相互促进的互动性,资本主义社会无法实现制度和谐,其生态和谐的实现也具有虚幻性。建设社会主义和谐社会要在人与自然关系上破除中心思维方式,树立和谐共生理念;在构建和谐社会的保障机制上贯彻科学发展观,加强生态文明建设;在坚持社会主义的前提下,不断推进改革促进制度和谐。
Perfecting the institution to promote the system harmony is the important guarantee to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and that of a harmonious society. The outstanding theoretical achievement of the modern ecological Marxism lies in the overall criticism of capitalism and the construction of socialism system. Its focus of theory demonstrates that the socialist system and ecological harmony interact and promote mutually. However, the harmony of system and ecology can＇t be realized under the capitalism. For constructing the harmonious socialist society,we should abolish the centre mode of thinking to set up the idea of harmony and coexistence between human being and the nature, enforce scientific development outlook and strengthen ecology civilization construction, put forward the socialist reform to realize systematical harmony on the road of socialism construction.
