摘要
针对稠油区块原油粘度高、流动性能差、易出砂地层,在作业过程中存在堵塞、乳化、粘土膨胀,以及热采采收率和回采水率较低等问题,开展化学预处理地层技术研究。该技术从机理分析和性能评价入手,室内评选出性能良好的清洗液和薄膜扩展剂,并成功应用于江汉油区潭口油田某些区块。
Chemical pretreatment of strata is studied to solve such problems existing in some viscous oil blocks as high-viscosity oil, poor flow property, sand strata emerging easily, low thermal recovery, low back production of water, and the jam, emulsification and clay swelling in operation. According to the technique, mechanism analysis and property evaluations are completed first, cleaning fluid and thin-film extending agent with good property are selected indoors and successfully applied in some blocks of Tankou Oilfield in Jianghan Oil Region.
