摘要
提出一种上限元反向模拟和有限元正向模拟相耦合的轴对称锻件预成形设计方法，即先用上限元法反向模拟出预成形件，再用有限元正向模拟去验证，并由正向模拟结果来修正反向模拟结果，直至所预测的预成形件符合要求．经实际验证，该方法是可行的。
A new method for preforming design of axisymmetric forgings that combines FEM with UBET simu-lations,that is,crude prefortning design with UBET backward simulation and then repeated revisions with FEM foOr-ward simulation until satisfactory precision,was presented. The successful application of the method in production hasbeen sbown.
