摘要
在分析三种Arrhenius型方程对建立GH141和GH907合金本构关系适用性的基础上,提出了以Zener-Hollomon参数为主要变量,并综合考虑温度和变形程度对流动应力影响的建立本构关系的方法。首次应用所提出的方法建立了GH141和GH907合金的本构关系。本文提出的建立本构关系的方法对变形高温合金有普适性。
Based on comprehensive analyzing the applicabi1ty of Arrhenius type equati0ns,a rnethod to establishthe constitutive relationship for the wrought superalloys was proposed,taking the Zener-Hollotnon pararneter as theprimary variable and the effect of temperature and strain on the flow stress into account. The constitutive relationshipfor GH141 alloy apd GH907 alloy was first formulated by using the proposed method. The rnethod presented in tbe pa-per is universal to the wrought superalloys.
