摘要 等离子弧焊矩改成喷嘴间接水冷分体式结构,晶闸管整流型脉冲等离子弧焊电源采用双电源并联结构,使用单相交流伺服电机和晶闸管交流调压调速控制系统,并采用PLC实现等离子弧焊接过程自动化控制,整个系统结构轻巧,工作可靠,性能稳定。 Plasma arc welding distance is designed to nozzle interval water cooling seperating structure. Crystal gate pipe rectifier type pulse plasma arc welding power adopts twin power parallel structure as well as uses single phase alternative current servo motor and crystal gate pipe alternative current regulating pressure and speed control system and adopt PLC to realise plasma arc welding procedure automatic control. The whole system is portable and very light. The working is reliable and the performance is stable.
