摘要
针对采用G7变频器的电牵引采煤机在大倾角煤层使用时存在泵升电压过高和制动器控制问题,分析了通过外接制动电阻、能量再生单元和使用制动器控制功能块解决上述问题的过程,提出能量再生单元技术。经实测收到较好的效果。
In view of the high pumping voltage and brake control problems existed in the application of G7 frequency converter to the electrical haulage shearer on steep seam, the paper analyzes related solutions by external braking resistance, energy regenerative unit and braking control functional blocks. The energy regenerative unit technology is put forward. The actual measurement receives a good effect.
