摘要
住房是人们的重要生活资料,社会生活实践中出现的"小产权房"其本身是违法的。"小产权房"的出现一方面是由于城市房地产价格过高,另一方面是由我国现行的城乡二元土地制度造成的。国家和政府应当针对"小产权房"出现的原因有针对性的解决"小产权房"问题,而不能简单取缔了之。
The house is one of the important life resources for all people. The houses with ＂little property right＂ which have appeared in our social practice are illegal. The reasons why the houses with ＂little property right＂ have appeared are as follows： the first is the high price of the commodity houses in cities, the second is the dual land systems between the cities and the countrysides. Our country and government should take effective measures to solve the problem of the houses with ＂little property right＂ on the baises of their reasons.
