摘要
为了便于变电站综合自动化系统检验,研制了基于虚拟仪器技术的变电站综合自动化系统测试仪。该仪器主要由人机接口模块、主控模块和功率源模块组成。人机接口软件利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器编程语言作为开发平台,主控模块采用TI公司的TMS320LF2407为主处理器,功率源模块采用美国模拟器件公司的新一代高性能600MHz处理器Blackfin533,每周波拟合的波形点数高达30000点,波形保真度高,几乎无谐波分量,输出无需低通滤波器,从而具有很好的暂态特性、相频特性、幅频特性。该仪器功能齐全,集成度高,利用一台仪器就能实现变电站综合自动化系统的同期功能测试、遥测精度校验以及系统性能指标测试等功能。
In order to facilitate the test of substation integrative automation system, the test equipment for this system based on virtual instrument technology has been developed. This test equipment consists of man-machine interface module, main control module and precise power sourse module. The software of man-machine interface adopts LabVIEW programming language as developing platform, main control module chooses TM5329LF2407 developed by TI company as main processor, and precise power source module uses Blackfin533, a latest version, highly functional processor with a frequency of 600 MHz produced by an US equipment company. The dots which are composed in each cycle are up to 30 000, Owing to its high dots, a high fidelity is guaranteed, there is almost no harmonics component, and a wave filter is not required for the output, as a result, this test equipment has some remarkable characteristics, such as transient characteristic, phase fi'equency characteristic, and amplitude frequency characteristic. Further more, this equipment is fully functional and compact. A multi-functional target can be achieved with the use of this equipment, such as, the test of the synchronism function of the substation integrative automation system, the calibration of the data acquisition and tests of the performance index of the substation integrative automation system.
