摘要
目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫腔内病变诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:采用经阴道二维和彩色多普勒超声对47例宫腔内回声异常的患者进行检查,观察宫腔内声像图表现及相关的血流情况,并与病理结果相对照。结果:病理诊断为浆膜下肌瘤13例、内膜息肉24例、内膜单纯性增生7例、内膜癌3例;彩色多普勒诊断与病理诊断一致33例(70%),误诊8例(17%),漏诊6例(13%)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声对于子宫腔内病变的诊断及鉴别诊断,各有其超声图特征性表现,具有一定的临床价值。但仍存在误诊漏诊。
Objective：To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intracavitary abnormalities.Methods： With two-dimensional and color Doppler sonography.47 patients with intracavitary abnormalities were examined to observe the ultrasonic features and the vasculation of intracavitary abnormalities.The results were compared with the pathological results.Results： There were 13 cases with submucous myomas,24 with polypi,7 with hyperplasia and 3 cases with endometrial cancer.All of which had specific characteristics.However,there were intracavitary abnormalities misdiagnosed or missed.Conclusion：There is chinical value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis intracavitary abnormalities.
