摘要
目的观察星状神经节阻滞配合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将70例椎动脉型颈椎病患者分成2组,38例应用1%利多卡因加曲安奈德星状神经节阻滞配合推拿手法为Ⅰ组;32例仅应用推拿手法治疗为Ⅱ组。两组均治疗2个疗程后评定临床疗效。结果Ⅰ组:痊愈22例,显效12例;Ⅱ组:痊愈10例,显效6例。两组比较,Ⅰ组治愈及显效率明显高于Ⅱ组,χ2检验P<0·05。结论推拿手法配合星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效优于单纯行推拿手法治疗。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of complex treatment for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by using with block of ganglion stellatum add manuduction therapy. Methods 70 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type ,by wasdivided into group Ⅰ and Ⅱ , 38 patients using manuduction therapy add block of ganglion stellatum using to 1% Liduocaine and Triamcinolone Acetonide injection for group Ⅰ; 32patiets only manuduction therapy for group Ⅱ. After the both by therapy for 2 course to evaluate the clinical effect. Results The group Ⅰ： fully recover 22, effective 12. The group Ⅱ： fully recover 10, effective 6. In both group there was a significantdifference existed in the rate of fully recover and effective （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion There were a significant clinical effect, the rate fully recover and effective treatment cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, by using with manuduction therapy added block of ganglion stellatum than only manuduction therapy.
