摘要 对引起山苍子无菌体系的污染因素进行了研究,主要是对由外植体自身因素及生产过程中的环节引起的污染进行了研究.结果表明,以山苍子不同的外植体作供试材料,其诱导情况不同,芽的萌动最早,且成活率高,生长时间短,诱导效率高达57.3%;茎的愈伤形成率为43.0%;叶的则为11.0%,且生长速度慢,极易褐变.可见,芽适合于作为快速繁殖材料.培养环境对试管苗的污染有直接影响,试管苗的污染率随封口材料透气程度的增加而增加;封口材料相同时,三角瓶(250ml)内试管苗的污染率<塑料Ⅰ(330ml)<塑料Ⅱ(580ml);封口材料使用次数越多,污染几率越大. In this article, the contaminated factors of the asepsis system of Litsea cubeba were studied and the contamination produced by the explant and the producing tache was probed. The results showed that, the abduction status was along with the different explant,the bud was sprout best of all,the survival rate was high,and the abduction rate produced by bud was 57.3%. The stem was 43.0% ,and the leaf was 11.0%. Therefore the bud was suitable to propagate material. The contaminated was influenced by the cultivation environment, the contaminated rate of the cuvette seedling increased along with the blow of the heal material, and when the heal material was the same, the contaminated rate of the triangle bottle was least, as well as the contaminated rate increased along with the use time of the heal material.
