摘要
对大型液氮热沉进行了流动与传热分析,对单管和管路系统的流动与传热均匀性进行了数学模拟与分析。通过对热沉流动与传热分析研究,得出了对大型热沉设计的初步分析结论和优化设计建议,采用了优化设计的大型液氮热沉已经在工程中得到应用。
The flow and heat transfer of large liquid nitrogen heat sink were analyzed. Numerical simulation and analysis of the flow and heat transfer uniformity of single pipe and pipeline system were carried out. Preliminary results of design of large liquid nitrogen heat sink were obtained and suggestions for impro- ving design were proposed though the research. The large liquid nitrogen heat sink which adopted the improved design has been used in project.
