摘要
口服缓、控释多单元型制剂因其具有多方面的优点而在药剂领域中占据着越来越重要的地位,微丸压制成片剂已成为一种具有缓、控释优点和多单元型制剂优点的剂型。本综述就微丸压片工艺的研究进展做一个回顾和总结。影响微丸压片的因素主要有聚合物衣膜,微丸丸芯材料和压片的辅料等。微丸的膜材的性能是微丸压片最主要的参数,丸芯和压片稀释剂也必须经过筛选,以保证微丸衣膜在压片过程中不发生破裂,片剂保持良好的硬度和崩解,均匀的含量和释药特性。
Oral controlled release multiple unit dosage form is becoming more and more important in the pharmaceutical field for its advantages. Tablet of coated pellets has became a new dosage form as it combines both the advantages of sustained/controlled release drugs and multiple unit dosage form. In this review, we have a summary on the development of tableting technology of coated pellets. The factors that influence the tableting of coated pellets are the polymer films, the core materials of pellets and the compressing filler excipients. The most important one is the characters of the coated films. In addition, pellets' core materials and compressing fillers excipients have to be screened, in order to make sure that the coated films won't be broken during the tableting process, and the pellet-tablets can maintain the hardness and disintegration, drug content and drug-release pattern.
