摘要
麻醉专业学生沟通能力的培养已经成为时代发展的需要。从培养麻醉专业学生的自信心和自豪感、全球意识与国际化视野、宽容和爱心,以及知识的认知能力等各方面来培养麻醉专业学生的沟通能力,是适应医学模式和社会发展的需要,更加体现麻醉医学人文化的要求。同时,培养麻醉专业学生的沟通能力需要有针对性的措施。
The cultivation of communicative ability for the medical anesthetic students has already become a current requirement of the time. It can improve the medical anesthetic students by cultivating both the self-confidence and pride of successful sense, global consciousness and the international field of vision, forgiveness and loves as well as the knowledge of cognitive ability. It also meets the requirement of medical model and the society development, and then embodies the requirement of anesthetic professional culture. Therefore, the cultivation of the communicative ability for the anesthetic medical students needs special measures.
