秭归空心李短枝单芽嫁接技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]推广秭归空心李的短枝单芽嫁接技术。[方法]通过芽接、枝接、短枝单芽嫁接技术在苗木嫁接和高接换种嫁接中的对比,研究秭归空心李的短枝单芽嫁接技术。[结果]苗木嫁接采用短枝单芽嫁接技术,芽利用率达87%,每人每天可嫁接960枝,成活率达95%,比芽接高17%,比枝嫁高28%。高接换种嫁接采用短枝单芽嫁接技术,芽利用率达95%,每人每天可嫁接480枝,成活率达95%,比芽接高41%,比枝嫁高48%。[结论]短枝单芽嫁接技术成活率高,嫁接质量好,节省繁殖材料,工效高,可以广泛应用于植物嫁接领域。 [Objective] The research aimed to popularize the single-bud branchyblast grafting technology of Zigui Prunus salicina.[Method] Based on the contrast of bud grafting,branch grafting and single-bud branchyblast grafting technology in seedling grafting and top grafting,the single-bud branchyblast grafting technology of Zigui P.salicina was studied.[Result] When the single-bud branchyblast grafting technology was used in seedling grafting,the bud utilization rate reached 87%,960 branch could be grafted by each person in every day and its survival rate reached 95%,which was increased by 17% and 28% resp.than that of bud grafting and branch grafting.When the single-bud branchyblast grafting technology was used in top grafting,the bud utilization rate reached 95%,480 branches could be grafted by each person in every day and its survival rate reached 95%,which was increased by 41% and 48% resp.than that of bud grafting and branch grafting.[Conclusion] Single-bud brachyblast grafting technology had high survival rate,good grafting quality,saved propagation materials and high efficiency.So it could be widely applied in plant grafting field.
