摘要
研究了过氯化二异丙苯(DCP)用量对动态硫化乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/聚丙烯(PP)体系的力学性能以及PP晶体结构和POE形态结构特征的影响.结果表明。随DCP用量的增加,体系交联密度和熔体流动速率(MFR)增大.而断裂伸长率、拉伸强度和永久变形呈下降趋势;DCP的加入使PP晶体完善,尺寸变大。而结晶度下降;DCP对相态结构影响显著,用量为1份时交联POE以较小的颗粒均匀分布于PP连续相中。当用量为2份时表现为较好的界面相容性。
Effect of the amount of DCP on the mechanical properties , crystal structure of PP and morphology structure of POE of POE/PP by dynamic vulcanizing were investigated. The results show that crosslinking degree of POE and MFR are increased and the mechanical properties including elongation at break, tensile strength and permanent deformation are decreased when the amount of DCP is increased. The crystal structure of PP becomes more perfect and size of PP becomes larger, but crystal degree is declined because of adding of DCP. The influence of DCP on the phase structure is obvious. When the amount of DCP is 1 phr, the cured POE disperses in PP phase as fine particles, and when amount of DCP is 2 phr, two phases have good interface compatibility.
