摘要
目的探讨提高微波选择性热凝治疗变应性鼻炎的远期疗效的方法。方法将我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。全部患者均行微波选择性热凝术,而观察组在术后加服西替利嗪。治疗3、6、12个月后对两组进行随访。结果两组患者治疗后3个月和6个月,有效率之间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。术后1年后,观察组的有效率为95.92%,而对照组为87.86%,两组之间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。远期的治疗效果观察组显著优于对照组。结论西替利嗪配合微波选择性热凝治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效显著,远期疗效优于单独采用微波治疗,值得临床上推广。
Objective To improve the method of long - term efficacy of the selectivity of microwave thermal treatment of allergic rhinitis condensate. Methods The clinical data in patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the observation groups and the control group. All patients were treated by selective thermal coagulation of the microwave, and after that the observation group added to take cetirizine. After treatment of 3, 6, 12 months, curative effection of the two groups were reviewed. Results There was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） on efficient between the two groups of patients after three months and six months. After one year, the Observer Group efficient was 95.92 percent, while the control group was 87.86 percent, compared between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Long - term effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The method of cetirizine and the microwave of selectivity of hot condensate therapy for allergic rhinitis has significant effect, the long - term effect is better than using microwave therapy alone, it is worth promoting clinical.
