一种新型仿制的触发真空开关性能测试实验研究

摘要 对一种新型仿制的触发真空开关进行了性能测试,实验主电压从1kV到10kV变化,相应的主电流从7kA到70kA变化,得到的触发电压、导通时延和触发电阻与典型的触发真空开关相比较,性能更稳定,其中10kV的高电压连续做了105次,开关均能正常导通,并且电极的烧蚀较小,说明开关性能良好,达到了设计要求.实验的结果对下一步的开关设计和应用开发有一定的参考价值. A new copied triggered vacuum switch(TVS) was designed and tested . The TVS was successfully tested up from lkV to 10kV peak charging voltage, which was corresponded from 7kA to 10kA peak current. Compared to other typical switches , the tested switch showed high reliability of trigger voltage, trigger current and trigger resistance . The TVS could easily triggered for continuous 105 times in the 10kV peak charging voltage and the ablation of electrode is less, so the characteristics of the TVS get to the design. The experiment is important to the design, application and exploitation of TVS for the future.
