摘要
目的探讨经口/鼻面罩双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)急性加重期的效果评价。方法通过对10例重叠综合症(OS)患者给予BiPAP治疗,观察治疗前后血气分析和肺功能指标变化。结果OS患者经BiPAP治疗后,血气分析提示呼吸暂停时间、呼吸暂停指数、最低血氧饱和度、氧分压及二氧化碳分压、FEV1/FVC%较治疗前有不同程度的改善,P<0.05。结论BIPAP呼吸机是治疗重叠综合征的一种比较有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bilevel positive airway pressure （BiPAP） ventilation via nasal/mouth mask in patients with overlap syndrome （OS）. Methods Ten patients were treated with BiPAP, blood gas analysis （LSaO2, PaO2, PaCO2 ） , lung function （FEV1/ FVC% ） before and after treatment were comparatively analysed. Results After treatment, it showed a significant improvement on LSaO2 ,PaO2, PaCO2 and FEV1/FVC%. P 〈 0. 05 . Conclusion BiPAP ventilation is effective treatment in OS patients.
