摘要
从满足表面接触疲劳强度的基本要求出发,以3对齿轮的总质量最小为原则建立数学模型,对ZSJ-2800中速磨煤机传动机构的减速器传动比进行了最优分配,并对优化结果进行了分析,达到了节省材料,结构紧凑的目的。
In order to satisfy the basic requirement of surface contact fatigue strength, mathematical model is established as per the principle that the total mass of three pairs of gear wheels shall be minimum, and the optimal allocation for the reducer transmission ratio of ZSJ-2800 moderate speed coal grinding mill transmission mechanism has been performed, and optimization result has been analyzed, which can economize material and realize compact configuration.
