摘要
提出了协调发展水平测度新体系,其内容包括量化定义的完善、表示系统的完善、定量与定性的结合,并结合协同理论提出了"协调的层次性"概念,即从"静态空间协调度"和"动态时空协调度"两个层次理解协调的内涵。
Analyzing three main aspects of building new measure system： quantification definition, representing system, combining quantitative methods and qualitative methods, this paper presents ＂ Gradation of Coordination＂, the concept that defining coordination from the two gradations of static space and dynamic space -time.
