摘要
当前地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)空间数据的存储格式种类繁多,给不同GIS应用之间数据的交换带来很大不便。为此,以Shape文件为例,分析了Shape文件系列(*.shp,*.shx和*.dbf)的存储格式,研究了以可扩展标识语言(The Extensible Markup Language,XML)格式存储GIS空间数据的技术与方法,实现了GIS空间数据与XML格式数据间的相互转换。实验结果表明该方法对某些GIS应用具有一定的实用价值。
The format of Geographic Information System space data is different currently, exchange the GIS data among different GIS application is not very convenient, In order to solve the problem, the memory format of the Shape document series（＊.shp, ＊.shx and ＊.dbf） are analyzes, studies the technology and method of change the Shape document into XML format, and realizes exchanging the format between shape document and XML. The study shows that the method has some significant for some GIS application.
