摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)与传统阑尾切除术(CA)的优缺点。方法:回顾性分析2003年4月～2007年4月,按意愿随机进行LA和CA的120例阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果:两组手术时间无差异(P>0.05),住院费用相似(P>0.05),腹腔镜组住院时间短(P<0.05),术后并发症少。结论:与CA比较,LA具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是一种安全、理想的手术方式。
Objective： To explore the merits and defects of laparoscopic appendectomy（LA）and those of conventional ap pendectomy（CA）.Methods：120 cases were performed LA or CA at random. The clinical data of two methods were summarized and contrasted from April 2003 to April 2007.Results： There was no deference between two methods in the mean operative time and the mean expenditure. LA had much less mean postoperative hospital stay and rate of complications than CA.Conclusion：It is no doubt that LA have many advantages obviously compare with CA. LA has advantages of little invasion, rapid recovery and fewer complications,it is a safe and ideal surgical alternative.
