摘要
随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,人类寿命的明显延长。近年来,老年肿瘤的发病率亦呈明显上升趋势。因此,老年肿瘤的预防和治疗已成为当务之急,现代肿瘤的治疗模式已从单一的治疗肿瘤向生物-心理-社会医学综合治疗模式转变,老年肿瘤病人的治疗策略与观念也有了很大的变化,肿瘤治疗不仅提高病人的治愈率,更要注重老年患者的生活质量,以人为本,探索老年肿瘤患者的最佳治疗方法。
With the development of society and the improvement of living standards, the life span of human beings have been significantly prolonged. In recent years, the incidence of senior adult cancer presented an upward trend. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of cancer in senior adults has become an urgent task. Modern treatment of tumors has changed from a single model to the biology-psychology-society comprehensive medical treatment,the treatment of elderly cancer patients and the concept of strategy there have also been significantly changed. We do not only pay attention to the improvement of curative ration but also to the quality of life of old patients. Basing on the thought - human being as origin, we need explore the best method to treat, elderly cancer patients.
