摘要
目的:探讨白英甾体皂苷组分体外抑制人卵巢癌细胞(SKOV3)及诱导凋亡的作用。方法:MTT法测定SKOV3细胞体外增殖情况、姬姆萨-瑞氏染色观测形态学改变、通过流式细胞仪及Caspase-3和Caspase-9活化程度检测研究细胞凋亡及其途径。结果:白英甾体皂苷组分能显著抑制SKOV3细胞的体外增殖,诱导细胞凋亡及细胞周期阻滞,上调Caspase-3和Caspase-9的活性。
We investigated the effects of inhibition and apoptosis induction of the monomer of Solanum lyratum on ovarian carcinoma cell SKOV3 in vitro. The antitumor effect was studied using MTT assay, Giemsa and Wright＇s staining, flow cytometry, and the mechanism was investigated using Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 assay. Study results show that the monomer of Solanum lyratum significantly inhibits the growth of SKOV3, induces apoptosis, blocks cell cycle, and activates Caspase-3 and Caspase-9.
