介绍了目前沈阳地区图书馆的基本现状，以及国内开展馆际文献通借通还服务的情况，分析了几种管理模式的特点及其存在的问题，探讨了沈阳地区公共图书馆实行通借通还服务的发展思路。参考文献5.
This article introduces the condition of the libraries in Shenyang, and some thing about the practicing the service of freely borrow and return in the country wide. It also analysis the characteristics of several kinds of managing models and the existent problems, and discusses the developing mind of practicing the service of freely borrow and return in the public libraries of Shenyang. 5 Refs.
