摘要
新生血管的形成与动脉粥样斑块稳定性的变化有着密切的关系。KDR作为最重要的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的主要受体,高表达于易损斑块新生血管内皮细胞。构建具有高穿透力的纳米级脂膜靶向超声分子显像剂,利用高分辨率的超声生物显微多普勒技术有望有效地监测动脉易损斑块的发生和发展,为动脉粥样硬化的防治和寻找新的治疗靶点奠定基础。
There fs a potential role of angiogenesis in creating vulnerable sites for atherosclerotic plaques. KDR, a receptor of VEGF, is expressed on endothelial cell of new vasculature. A lipid-shelled targeted nanobubble as a highly penetrated ultrasound molecular imaging agent and a high definition contrast-specific imaging may be used to monitor the development of atherosclerotic plaques, in order to find a new imaging method for the vulnerable plaques.
