摘要
针对传统经济学中资源配置的缺陷,在资源流动理论、循环经济原则和物质流分析的指导下,根据煤炭资源的流动特点,利用跟踪观察法建立了MFA模型,利用资源效率、环境效率、综合利用率、资源循环率、过程效率等指标和公式,来分析资源配置的合理性。通过对模型的分析,总结了七个重要结论,建立了资源微观优化配置的基本模式,包括资源的层级利用、循环利用、综合利用,指出构建产业园区是提升资源配置效率的有效手段。论文构建的模型、结论和模式为煤炭产业发展循环经济、在微观层面优化资源配置具有重要的指导作用。
There are there limitation of resource allocation in the tradition economics,based on the resource flow theory and recycle economy and MFA,this paper build a MFA model to analyze the allocation efficiency of coal resource,which builds the index including resource efficiency,environment efficiency,synthesizing using ratio,resource recycle ratio,process efficiency and so on.Based on the seven conclusions,the optimum micro-allocation model is build up which includes layer level using mode recycle using mode land synthesizing using mode,and point out that the industry park is the effective means to advance the allocation efficiency systemically.The model,conditions and mode have important practical significance for the recycle economy and optimum micro-allocation in the mining industry.
