摘要
本文对10%纳米钛粉改性的环氧煤焦沥青涂层在流动人工海水中进行了模拟实验,并应用电化学阻抗研究了涂层的电阻随冲刷时间的变化。研究结果表明含有质量分数为10%的纳米钛粉涂层在4种不同流速的实验中,涂层电阻在所测试期间都保持具有较好的防护性能。流速相同时,涂层电阻随冲刷时间的增加而减小。提高流速对涂层界面的传质与力学作用增强,从而使得涂层电阻随时间增加而减小的幅度增大。
A coaltar epoxy coatings modified with 10% nano-titanium was tested in flowing artificial seawater. The change of resistance of the coatings with time was studied by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS). The results in 4 flowing speed tests showed that the coatings with 10% nano-titanium possess good performance during the immersion time in the given system. At the same flowing speed, resistance of coatings decreased with time. Higher flowing speed will enhance the mechanical action and mass transfer, therefore enlarge the decreasing rate of resistance of coatings with time.
