摘要
目前国内沥青改性剂大多为石油副产品,造价高且不可再生,无法满足日益增长的公路建设需求,需要找到天然可再生且性能良好、价格适宜的新型改性剂来补充。因此在介绍杜仲胶硫化过程及硫化胶物理力学性能,及其良好的工程学特性及工程应用前景的基础上,根据其具有的橡胶—塑料统一材料谱特点,提出了将天然橡胶——杜仲胶作为改性剂与沥青共混。进行了红外光谱和扫描电镜分析以及沥青基本指标试验,试验结果表明杜仲胶可以改善沥青低温性能、明显改善沥青高温性能,验证了杜仲胶可用于沥青改性的论点。
Currently, domestic asphalt modifier is mostly gained from petroleum byproduct, which has a high price and can not reborn. So the kind of asphalt modifier can not satisfy the requirement of increasing highway construction. It is necessary to find a new modifier, which is natural and reborn, and has good performance and feasible price. The vulcanizing process of eucommia ulmoides gum and the physical mechanics function of vulcanized gum are introduced, and the good engineering characteristics and engineering application foreground of eucommia ulmoides gum are explained. On the basis of the characteristics of rubber-plastic unified material chart, it is presented to blend asphalt with eucommia ulmoides gum as a modifier. The analysis of infrared spectrum and scan electricity mirror and asphalt basic index experiment are made. The results indicate eucommia ulmoides gum can improve low temperature performance and improve evidently high temperature performance of asphalt, so it is feasibile for asphalt modifying.
