摘要
在生物医学试验数据的统计分析中,经常会遇到"异常值"(Out-liers)。特别是对回归问题,应用传统的最小二乘法会引起严重偏差。本文应用最小一乘法,在试验数据的回归分析中,克服了异常值的影响,获得了较好的回归估计。
In the stabistical analysis of biomedical science experimental data,ontliers is often en- courtered,especially in regression problem.Applying traditionl leust squares method can lead to serious deviation.In this article least absolute value method is applied in the regression analysis of experimental data.The outliers effect is overcomed and better regression estimation is achieved.
