摘要
以全毛织物为参照物分析了竹毛花呢的吸湿透气性能。实验表明:竹毛花呢经向毛细高度为12.4 cm,纬向毛细高度为11.3 cm,经纬向毛细高度远远大于全毛织物;竹毛织物的透气率为114.14 mm/s,全毛织物的透气率为90.03 mm/s。通过竹毛花呢吸湿透气性能分析,表明竹毛花呢可以较好地吸收或蒸发水分,织物吸透湿性能比全毛织物好,竹毛花呢毛细效应、滴水扩散性也远远大于全毛织物。
For reference to wool fabric, this paper analyses moisture permeability of bamboo/wool tweed. The results show that longitudinal capillary height of the bamboo-wool tweed is 12.4 cm, transverse is 11.3 cm, capillary height is far greater than the wool fabric ; breathable rate of the bamboo/wool tweed is 114.14 mm/s, breathable rate of the whole wool fabric is 90.03 mm/s. Through moisture permeability analysis, it shows that the bamboo/wool tweed can be better absorbed or evaporated moisture ; permeability of the bamboo/wool tweed is greater than the wool fabrics. Capillary effects and the proliferation of water are far greater than wool fabrics.
