8岁儿童植入心律转复除颤器一例
ICD implantation in one 8-year-old child
摘要
植入型心律转复除颤器（ICD）已在国内广泛应用，但儿童植入ICD尚未见报道。本文报道一例儿童植入ICD的病例。男性患者，8岁，因间断发作晕厥4年入院。患者4岁时曾出现无诱因晕厥1次，当时伴有四肢抽搐，5min后自行缓解。1年前再次出现头晕，数秒后症状消失。入院前两周玩耍时又一次出现晕厥伴四肢抽搐，自行缓解。患者曾至综合医院检查除外癫痫。患者外祖母和其姐姐均为猝死，母亲亦有反复晕厥史。母亲被诊断为长QT综合征（LQTS），QTc=546ms。
