摘要
采用氰丙烯酸丁酯、右旋糖酐和葡萄糖制备三尖杉酯碱毫微囊注射剂,其粒径大小、成囊效率、半数致死量以及肿瘤抑制率实验表明,三尖杉酯碱毫微囊在灭菌前后用电子扫描显微镜测得的平均粒径分别为19.75±6.76nm和35.07±11.41nm,透析法测得成囊效率为49.6%,三尖杉酯碱和三尖杉酯碱毫微囊注射剂的半数致死量分别为3.83±0.81mg/kg和4.80±1.10mg/kg,对S180的肿瘤抑制率分别为54.17%和62.12%.
Harringtonine nanocapsule(HTNC) injection was prepared with butylcyanoacrylate,dextran 40 and glucose.The particle size,encapsulation efficiency, LD 50 and tumor inhibition of HTNC were measured.The results showed that the mean particle sizes of the HTNC were 19.75±6.76nm and 35.07±11.41nm respectively before and after stevilization determined by scanning electron microscope.The encapsulation efficiency was 49.6% measured by dialysis method. The LD 50 of harringtonine and HTNC injection were 3.83±0.81mg/kg and 4.80±1.10mg/kg respectively,and the tumor inhibition of harringtonine and HTNC injection to Sarcoma 180 were 54.17% and 62.12% respectively.
