摘要
参照美国药典ⅩⅩⅡ版及中国药典１９９５年版二部“细菌内毒素检查法”中的增强或抑制试验的基本原理，用细菌内毒素检查法对注射用头孢噻肟钠ＣｅｆｏｔａｘｉｍｅＳｏｄｉｕｍｆｏｒＩｎｊｅｃｔｉｏｎ（简称（Ｃ）进行了细菌内毒素检查方法的研究，实验结果表明，按热原检查法注射剂量浓度为１０００００ｕ／ｍＬ的水溶液有抑制作用，而将样品稀释１０倍使成１００００ｕ／ｍＬ的溶液无抑制作用，笔者认为可用细菌内毒素检查法做为该药品的发热物质检查。
According to the principle of enhenced and suppressive Tests in “Bacterial Endotoxins Test”in U.S. Pharmacopoeia 22nd edition and Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995,Cefotaxime Sodium was studied with bacterial endotoxins test using TAL method.The results showed that there was a suppressive effect on 0 5Eu/mL TAL water solution in concentration of 100000u/mL.However,there was no suppressive effect in 10000u/mL on 0 5Eu/mL TAL.In conclusion,TAL method would be useful in pyrogens test of Cefotaxime Sodium for Injection.
