摘要
为探求温州房产中介的持续健康发展模式,本文首先从六个方面分析了温州房产中介目前存在的问题,然后构建了一个共生体系来提出解决问题的思路,最后从房产中介从业人员、房产中介机构、房产行业、房产监管部门四个层面,并针对存在的问题,提出了发展房产中介的政策建议。
In order to seek a healthy development pattern of real estate intermediary of WENZHOU. At first, this article analyze the present question from six aspects which WENZHOU real estate intermediary exists. Then construct a paragenesis system as a mentality. Finally, aiming at the question existed, put forward the proposal of developing real estate intermediary, from four stratification planes, including jobholders, agency, profession, supervising and managing department.
