摘要 采用SOE法人工设计并合成抗菌肽MagaininⅡ基因。按正确的阅读框架定向克隆至高效穿梭表达载体pPICZαA上,经PCR鉴定及序列分析,所转化的大肠杆菌JM109菌落中含有插入MagaininⅡ基因的重组质粒pPICZαA-Mag,结果表明成功构建了抗菌肽MagaininⅡ基因穿梭表达载体pPICZαA-Mag。 The antibacterial peptide Magainin Ⅱ gene was designed and artificially synthesized by SOE. Antibacterial peptide Magainin Ⅱ gene was subcloned into shuttle expression vectors pPICZα A, by using PCR and sequence analysis. It can be proved that all the tested clones contain Magainin Ⅱgene and pPICZαA-Mag is successfully constructed.
