摘要
针对工程项目管理的重要性,从与国际惯例接轨、组建项目管理公司、做好可行性研究工作、提高项目管理人员的素质等多个方面提出了完善我国工程项目管理的途径,以使建筑施工企业在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势。
Aiming at the importance of the project item management, it brings forward the roads of projecting item management in our country from the aspects of drawing lessons from international convention, building item management company, doing feasibility research work well and improving the disposition of management personnel and so on, which will make the architectural construction enterprise get dominance in the drastic market competition.
