摘要
我国要实现国民经济又好又快的发展,关键在于切实转变经济发展方式。从"转变经济增长方式"到"转变经济发展方式"这一提法的改变标志着我国发展指导思想的转变,具有重要意义。要实现经济发展方式的转变,必须为转变经济发展方式提供制度保障,积极推进政府改革,把增进自主创新能力作为转变发展方式的中心环节,加快经济结构的优化调整,坚持以人为本的科学发展,加大节能减排力度。
To realize a fast and sound development of our country's national economy, the key lies in the a complete change of the pattern of economic development. From the change of economic growth pattern to change of economic development pattern, the change of words marks the change of the guiding thought of our country's development, and hence it is of great significance. To realize the change a systematic guarantee must be established, governmental reform actively promoted. We must focus on the improvement of innovative capability, accelerate adjustment of economic structure, stick to the Scientific Concept of Development and place more effort on energy saving and waste reducing.
