摘要
收治肘管综合征患者５１例。发病原因以肘部外伤及肘关节退行性病变为主，占７０％。临床表现主要是感觉及手内在肌功能障碍。手术方法：尺神经松解后肘前内侧皮下前置４４例，肌肉下前置２例，单纯肘管切开尺神经松解５例。平均随访３年５个月，优２６例，良１８例，差７例，优良率８６．３％。对本病的病因、临床表现及手术方法进行了探讨。
Fifty one cases of elbow tunnel syndrome were treated.The predominant causes of the disease were elbow injury and degeneration of elbow joint,accounting for 70%.In clinic,it mainly showed sensory disturbance and inner muscle disorder of hand.After relaxation,ulner nerve was placed under antecubital medial skin in 44 cases,under the muscles in 2 cases.Simple elbow tunnel incision for ulner nerve relaxation was performed in other 5 cases.The average period of follow up was 3 years and 5 months.Good effect was obtained of 26 cases,curative effect was 18 cases and no effect was 7 cases,with curative rate of 56.3 %.The etiology,manifestation and choice of operation were discussed.
