摘要
在对凝汽器低真空运行故障进行充分理论研究的基础上,结合电厂运行实际,开发出了基于故障树的凝汽器低真空故障诊断系统。通过对现场数据的调试表明:该系统既可以对火电机组的冷端系统作粗略的自动诊断,也可以在自动诊断的基础上作详细的手动诊断;既可以对机组真空运行状态作实时在线监视与诊断,又可以对数小时以前的历史运行数据作离线诊断。该系统应用到实际生产过程中可以极大地缩短真空系统查漏的时间,提高机组长周期运行的真空度指标,对于电厂运行人员及时了解和改善机组的真空运行状态,提高机组的热经济性将起到积极的作用。
Based on sufficient theoretical research on the fault of condenser in low-vacuum condition, considering the practical operation, the fault diagnosis system based on fault tree for condenser in low-vacuum condition was developed. The field commissioning shows that the system can perform early diagnosis and make an accurate diagnosis on this basis for the cold-side system of power unit; the system can fulfill the real-time online monitoring and diagnosing for the vacuum condition of condenser, as well as the off-line diagnosis of history operating data several hours ago. The application of this system can greatly reduce the time for leakage detecting and improve the vacuum of the power units in long-period operation. It plays an active part in monitoring and improving the vacuum operation, and increasing the thermal economy of power units.
