摘要 采用PCI—MIO-16E-4数据采集卡采集电力变压器热点温度数据并将其传入PC机,使用LABVIEW调用MATLAB节点,利用MATLAB强大的数据处理功能,建立模糊系统并进行模糊测量,最后给出测量结果和拟人类符号语言输出。基于虚拟仪器技术的模糊热点温度分析仪可以对变压器热点温度在线监测,以保证用电系统的安全稳定运行。仪器界面友好,用户可根据实际情况设置参数,对电力变压器的热点温度值进行在线监测、记录、存储、动态显示数值及曲线分析。对20~140℃范围内的热点温度,根据设置自动给出相应的语言描述,当温度超过140℃时能给予报警提示。 This paper presented a new type of instrument for monitoring the hot-point temperature of a transformer on-line. Using the technology of virtual instrument, a fuzzy hot-point temperature virtual instrument based on LabVIEW and MATLAB was developed. The hot-point temperature of a transformer was real-time monitored, ensuring its security and steady performance. With the friendly interface offered by LabVIEW, the users can set the parameters according to actual demanding. The instrument has the functions of giving real-time measuring, recording, storing and dynamically showing and analyzing the state of hot-point temperature of a transformer. The instrument can be set to give language account according to the setting with the temperature from 20 ℃ to 140 ℃automatically,and warning with the temperature above 140 ℃.
